Standard Package – $1200 USD
Special rate for Anetta Clients
Up to 5 bedrooms/approx 2500sqft
Includes:
– furniture and decor picks
– floor plans (as needed)
– design support to Anneta throughout project
A design plan focused on timeline, budget and general appeal. This is a great option for first time investors, tight timelines or modest budget projects. This package does not include back and forth between Freya and the client, revisions limited to solving problems (eg. products out of stock). General client preferences happily accommodated if time and availability allow, but not promised.
Minimal renovation support (paint colors, general color and material suggestions etc) is included. Some items will need to be found and chosen by Anneta (eg. artwork for secondary walls, bath accessories, throw blankets etc – Freya is available for feedback/approval). These items may differ from project to project depending on availability and scope, but the vast majority will be covered in the design plan. Order list finalized and created by Anneta.
Premium Package – $1800 USD
Up to 5 bedrooms/approx 2500sqft
Includes:
– virtual meeting with the client at the start of the project to discuss client preferences, priorities, ideas and plans
– custom design board(s) for client review prior to furniture selection
– furniture and decor picks
– floor plans (as needed)
– design support to Anneta throughout project
The premium design plan focuses on offering client involvement while maintaining the focus on budget, timeline and wide general appeal of the standard package. This option is ideal for clients who want a little more involvement in the design process or direct contact with the design team before the project is underway, but don’t need personalized, hourly services.
Minimal renovation support (paint colors, general color and material suggestions etc) is included. Some items will need to be found and chosen by Anneta (eg. artwork for secondary walls, bath accessories, throw blankets etc – Freya is available for feedback/approval). Themed Design Package – $2400 USD
Up to 5 bedrooms/approx 2500sqft
Includes:
– themed design plan (optional: suggestions from design team)
– custom design board(s) for client to review before furniture selection
– furniture and decor picks
– floor plans (as needed)
– design support to Anetta throughout project
– additional renovation support (multiple paint colors, wallpaper, custom items/design features, assistance with the selection of renovation materials, suggestions for renovations etc, as needed)
Client may choose a design theme for the property, or request a small selection of theme ideas to suit the property from the design team. Freya will create a basic inspiration board for the client to review before beginning and will build the design plan around the theme. As always, Freya’s priority will be to create an aesthetically pleasing, thoughtful design plan that will be as widely appealing as possible.
This package is great for clients who are looking a fun theme or some wow factor in the design for their property, but don’t prefer to be personally involved in the design process, beyond the selection of a theme.
Examples of a themed design: Art Gallery, Superhero, Rock and Roll, Disney, 1970’s etc.
Examples of client preferences that could fall under the scope of a “standard” or “premium” design package (no theme upgrade needed): neutrals, mixed metals, glam, colorful, fun, monochrome, light and bright

Custom Hourly Services – $75 CAD/hr
Personalized, one-on-one service
This option is ideal for clients who will be using the property as both a rental, and a vacation home for themselves, for clients who are excited about or interested in design and want to be directly involved in the process, or for projects that include extensive renovations. This option is great for high end or high budget projects where the goal is to create an especially artful luxury rental.
Hourly Services are flexible and tailored to the needs and preferences of the individual client and project in conjunction with Anetta’s on-the-ground team. My top priority is your happiness!
